What could AI save you?

Move the sliders to match your team. This is a rough planning estimate, not a promise; a discovery call turns it into a real number.

Typical first projects automate 20–40% of a repetitive task, such as drafting, data entry, summarizing or sorting requests. Results depend on the work.

FAQ

AI Consulting: common questions

Straight answers to the questions business owners ask most.

Which AI tools do you work with?

I'm tool-agnostic. Depending on your needs and existing software, that can include ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, automation platforms, and AI features already built into tools you own. The goal is the simplest, safest tool that solves the problem.

Will AI replace my employees?

In most small businesses, AI takes over the repetitive parts of a job, such as first drafts, data entry, summarizing and sorting, so people can spend more time on customers and judgment calls. I design rollouts with your team, not around them.

How long does an AI project take?

An AI Readiness Assessment usually takes one to two weeks. A focused pilot of one workflow typically takes a few weeks after that. Larger integrations are scoped and scheduled during the assessment.

What is AI governance, and do I need it?

AI governance is a simple set of rules for how your business uses AI: which tools are approved, what data can go into them, and who reviews the output. Even a one-page policy prevents most common mistakes, and I help you write it.

How do you measure whether AI is working?

Before a pilot starts we agree on a baseline, such as hours spent, turnaround time or error rate, and measure the same thing afterward. You get a before-and-after report, not just a feeling.
